Intervention in an 85 m² apartment in the Salamanca district of Madrid. The project aimed to improve the organization of spaces that previously had an outdated and compartmentalized layout, creating a feeling of a dark and cramped home. The layout was completely redesigned, updating the apartment with a focus on optimizing space and maximizing natural light from the façade, transforming it into a spacious, comfortable, and bright living space. Despite a tight budget, attention to detail was key in achieving a sense of well-being and comfort suitable for different tenant profiles.
