The project involves changing the urban use of a 68 m² premises on the ground floor of a residential building in the Tetuán district and converting it into 2 tourist apartments. They are structured to meet all the urban and habitability requirements set by the City Council, while also being transformed into welcoming and practical spaces for all types of tenants.
