The urban use of a 27 m² premises on the ground floor of a residential building in the Delicias neighborhood is being modified to transform it into a tourist apartment with direct and independent access from the street. An open studio project is being processed, which includes everything necessary to develop the tourist housing activity. The result will be a spacious and functional space
